Privacy Policy

Who we are

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Moto X3M Guide (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website.

Moto X3M Guide Team, based in United States, runs this website and is the data controller responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at support@motox3mguide.com.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Moto X3M Guide at motox3mguide.com, in all of its language versions. It does not cover other websites we link to, the third-party game embedded on our home page, or the services of our advertising partners; they have their own privacy policies. The provider of the embedded game shows its own ads inside the game frame and handles the data for those ads under its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

The site has no accounts, comments or sign-up forms, so you never need to give us your name. We collect or receive:

  • Technical data. Our hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, processes request logs (your IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested and request times) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse.
  • Usage data from the analytics services described below, such as pages visited, referring sites, device and browser type, and approximate location.
  • Advertising data collected by our ad partners with cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, cookie or device identifiers, pages viewed and ad interactions (see “Advertising” below).
  • Emails you send us: your email address, your name if you include it, and your message.

How we use information and our legal bases

We use information only for these purposes. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland, the legal basis is shown in brackets.

  • Delivering the site, keeping it secure and fixing problems (legitimate interests).
  • Understanding how our guides are used so we can improve them, with Google Analytics (consent).
  • Showing and measuring the ads that keep the site free (consent for ad cookies and personalized ads) and protecting them against fraud (legitimate interests).
  • Answering your emails and fixing mistakes you report (legitimate interests).
  • Complying with the law and handling legal requests, such as copyright notices (legal obligations and legitimate interests).

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, to measure how the site is used and show and measure ads.

Our Cookie Policy lists these technologies and explains how to control them.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to see which guides are read, how far people scroll and which links they follow, and whether visitors start the game on our home page. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser, referring site and approximate location.

Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We never send Google information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.

With Google Consent Mode, where consent is required (as in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google Analytics sets no cookies until you agree, though Google may still receive limited cookieless signals, such as a page view.

To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising

Moto X3M Guide is free because it is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google, to show ads.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads on our site.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings (My Ad Center) at https://adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

If you opt out, or do not give consent where it is required, you may still see ads, but they will be non-personalized or limited ads based mainly on context, such as the page you are reading.

To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

US state privacy rights

Residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas) may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and get a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of its sale, its sharing or its use for targeted advertising.

Under some of these laws, ad cookies from Google and other vendors may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as “targeted advertising”. To opt out, turn off personalized ads in Google’s Ads Settings, or email us.

To exercise these rights, email us at support@motox3mguide.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond within the time required by law. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How long we keep information

  • Emails: until your request and any follow-up are resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
  • Technical logs: kept by Cloudflare for a limited time under its own policies.
  • Analytics data: kept according to each provider’s retention settings.
  • Advertising cookies: kept for the periods set by Google and other vendors (see our Cookie Policy).

International transfers

Our service providers, such as Cloudflare and Google, may process your information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children’s privacy

Moto X3M Guide is made for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at support@motox3mguide.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (in particular in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • have your information deleted;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • restrict processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing; and
  • complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live.

To exercise them, email us at support@motox3mguide.com; we will reply within the time required by law (usually one month). Analytics and ad data is usually tied to a cookie or device identifier rather than your name, so we may be unable to find it; you can delete those cookies in your browser at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change how the site works or when the law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
