The studio
MadPuffers is a game studio based in Ukraine, and it is the developer named on the game’s pages across the big game sites. It went on to make the rest of the series: Winter, Pool Party and Spooky Land all carry the MadPuffers name. The “X3M” in the title is internet shorthand for “extreme”.

The turning points
The move to HTML5. The game began in Flash, and Flash Player support ended at the close of 2020, with the major browsers dropping it. By 2018 an HTML5 version was already out, and the HTML5 version is the one the game sites host now. That early move is likely why Moto X3M is still easy to play in a browser today.
Six games in five years. From 2015 to 2019 the series grew to six numbered games, the last three with a theme in the title: Winter, Pool Party and Spooky Land.
The spread across game sites. Poki, CrazyGames, Coolmath Games and GameDistribution each show the date they added the game, which is why so many dates float around. They mark when a site picked the game up, not when it was made.
Our take: which date to trust
If someone asks when Moto X3M came out, the answer is 2015. The later dates listed for the original on Poki, CrazyGames, Coolmath Games and GameDistribution belong to those sites:
| Date you may see | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| 2015 | The game’s first release, as a Flash game |
| September 22, 2016 | When Coolmath Games added it |
| August 20, 2018 | When the HTML5 version was published on GameDistribution |
| March 2019 | When Poki added it |
| October 2022 | When CrazyGames added it |
| 2025 and 2026 “updated” dates | When each site last updated its page, not necessarily a change to the game |
The same goes for version numbers: each site shows its own, such as 1.1.1 on Coolmath Games, 1.5.6p on Poki and 1.5.7c on CrazyGames, so a higher number on one site does not by itself mean another site is out of date. The versions guide compares them.
If you need a single date for a school project, a wiki or a list of games, give 2015 for the game itself. When you quote one of the later dates, name the site it belongs to, so a reader does not take it for the release of the game.
Moto X3M or Moto X3M Bike Race Game?
The two names are easy to mix up, so here is how they line up.
| Compared | Moto X3M in the browser | Moto X3M Bike Race Game app |
|---|---|---|
| Developer | MadPuffers | Ace Viral |
| Where you get it | Game sites, played in the browser | Google Play and the App Store |
| Name | Moto X3M; some game sites also list it as Moto X3M Bike Race Game | Moto X3M Bike Race Game |
| First release | 2015 | Not covered on Moto X3M Guide |
| Covered by Moto X3M Guide guides | Yes | No |
The overlap goes further than the name. The GameDistribution version of the browser game shows Google Play and App Store badges on its title screen, which is likely part of why the two get mixed up. If a guide names a different developer, or bike and level counts that do not match the browser game, check which of the two it means.
Now
Moto X3M is still hosted on the big browser game sites in its HTML5 form, alongside Winter, Pool Party and Spooky Land. There is also a mobile app called Moto X3M Bike Race Game on Google Play and the App Store, and its store listings name Ace Viral as the developer, not MadPuffers. The browser game has used the same name, which is why the two are easy to mix up.
